Fenders got some damage on it but hopefully its easily repaired...def claiming injury tho, my neck hurts like a bitch, as far as witnesses go, I have a few, the person who hit me first got rear ended hard by a 16 year old playing with her dog and then hit me, all for some bitch shopping who didn't even bother sticking around to see what happened

Sorry this happened to you. I agree that you should get reimbursed for your damages and injuries. I suggest that you get three estimates for repairs and go to the doctor if you have not already gone. Insurance companies are trying their best to keep their costs down so you may end up in court and that stuff is golden. I hope things end up working out for you.

Thanks Jim, trying not to think too much about it, I just don't want them to try and tell me the repairs are gonna cost more than they think the car is worth and total it, I am sure if helps that I have 12k in receipts from over the past three years but still, I can easily see that happening

Although so far my insurance, aaa, has been awesome, and I've never had anything to complain about with them, they are a ill more expensive than most but hey...u pay for what you get

Yes AAA has treated us well also even though they too have to be given a wake up call on these old cars. Worst case, Get what you can from insurance and buy it back for $350 then have it fixed. Salvaged title cars make great daily drivers. :D

u better be careful. it could end up being your fault because of those "modified tail lights".

he could say they were too dark and didnt see u braking. just be careful. it has happened in the past.
