I might try to get a job at chevron. I hear their mechanical engineers make bank.

my uncles friend is a mechanical engineer for chevron and he loves his crazy ass lifted all suited up with all bells and whistles chevy duramax. it's nuts. when he got the job they told him with was too old, it's an (2005 i believe) and they gave him a brand new duramax with all the bells and whistles as a work truck. he gets paid bank, and they give him crazy benefits.

Right but thats their street mount, so only slightly stiffer than that of stock mounts...I am not sure that switching mounts is going to make this any better, are your trans mounts bad?

Right now I'm sitting in he car as it idles and I'm getting a nice message. It's quite soothing.. when the engine is working its nice and smooth.. I just spend a lot of time in traffic.. it'd be nice. To not feel the idle so pronounced. The idle is a consistent 750 rpm. If I sit long enough at idle my body feels funny lol. The extra cabin noise is also annoying

I use to service the refinery in Redondo Beach and Wilmington, all of those dudes who work there are insane. They make the same or better money than Longshoremen.
