Wow... waste of money to get a PHD in that field. Realistically the only job available would be a teaching job.

There's the famous 5 band EQ that was tiny (4042) and this was second in line only to the 11 band graphic EQ (9042, which I have in my M3 BTW). Came out circa 1992 if I'm not mistaken. Like the 9042, this one also fits above the stereo if you wanted to custom mount it in the center panel like I did.

Back then headunits didn't have many features. You were lucky if you could control a CD changer and had a remote control. So you needed an EQ to shape the sound coming from the amps. Today, headunits are high power amplified, have built in crossovers, built in EQ, sub on/off, level/frequency control, bluetooth, USB, etc etc. There's less of a need for an EQ, if at all.

I was hoping you'd chime in! Think it's worth the effort of hooking up? I have an older headunit and amp, not really looking to change them anytime soone.

You go to junior college, not hogwarts. It sounds weird to me when you call them professor.

I would take a old head unit and EQ over the new garbage they sell today. The best sounding system I ever had was similar to what reelizmpro had with an old school 10 disc cd changer, amp and infinity kappa speakers all around. I know it was a kenwood HU, cd changer and equalizer and pretty sure the amp as well. I was in high school at the time and everyone had their systems and mine was easily one of the best sounding.

Yea it was an ok game, wish i was at tuesdays game that was nuts... hockey fights are fun in person esp on glass, this was my first nhl game tho on glass, badass

When Shant got a ticket he went through the trouble of making the car nice and quiet and the cop didn't even go outside to hear it! As suggested I'd just take it as-is. They won't inspect it and may not even have you turn the car on.

Maybe! Of all my classes taken at JC, over half had their PhDs. All of my instructors have the Pdizzels except one this semester; Chicano studies hombre.
