If I wanted to run HIDs in a hella smiley, do I need to run a 55w kit or am I fine with 35w? Also what type of bulb is used for the daytime running light? Is it a 194? Will I throw any errors if I replace it with an LED bulb?

You need to make a cut-off plate if you go hid because there is a
flip-up on the passenger side the I'm sure blinds and shit out of people.

I just get a piece of sheet metal a riveted it on.
U can just bolt it on if u don't have rivets.

Its easier to install bracket/lens from a US spec light. Direct bolt on. Tons of them at the yards off of e34s.

Brakes are done, but I found a leaking fuel line while I was there. It's 100 degrees in the shop. Feels like a sauna.

i need 4 fans in my garage just to keep from passing out. This desert heat is killer. Hopefully when i finish the insulation in the ceiling it will cool down

That would be nice but it may cut into the habit so I will live without A/C. I would like to enclose the shop before it starts raining though.

I am glad that I am not in the desert. I can't imagine... It was raining sweat in the shop today.
