i'm pretty confident that it's totalled basing off the fact that the rear end is unibody as well as it's low kbb value. and it's depressing. calling his insurance now and trying to see if i can get a rental tonight. and thanks for the kind words guys.

it looks fixable, but i don't know what they are going to estimate the repair to be. i really don't want a salvage title. i also know that the car is never the same after being repaired, you always know there is a battle scar beneath the surface.

I would say fight for all you can on a payout, take the cash and the salvaged title, buy the car back, fix it yourself, make it a cheap track rat, and buy another DD! That's what Matt Russell would do.

that's precisely what i was looking at doing. payout, but back, store it and when i get back and have the time, i'll send it off to get fixed abd get a new dd.

however, i've never done this sooo i really don't know what to do.

Let insurance take it, find a clean m shell, fix, or just drive it as is, buy it back & sell/part for more.

Where's all the interest at for the Car-B-Q? I had people PMing me for weeks about getting this meet together and I get it going and it seems people are just eh about it.

I need your guys' help on FB and Instagram. Invite your friends to the event page on FB and see if we can get some more people to sign up. I'd like to have more attendees than last year for sure.

Its a better venue, better setup and is sure to be a sweet day. Lets get this going!
