If you're talking about F1Racing's stage 2, then yeah it's fine and daily driveable.
Seen it take something like 270wtq no problem.

Save your pennies and more if you're serious about the build.
I was talking about the spec stage 2, but now that I saw the f1 clutch, I'm having second thoughts since it's a lot cheaper.

if anyone is looking into buying rubber mounts for there e30, id suggest passing on meyle brand mounts. they are too soft and make the motor move around quite a bit.

Same here, all the other stuff is too rough for my debilitating spine.

the ones i bought for my car make my motor vibe from side to side. i think its a little too much play. so i just put back my solid condor mounts
btw I'm not knocking on there stuff, they make a good product, I'm running some of there stuff. just i think the mounts are a bit softer then stock

Well Sir, I will say this; I just replaced my 3 year old motor mounts this past friday. They have little wear but no cracks, my trans mounts were in really bad condition though, because oil had leaked all over them and the vibrations or road bumps put more stress on them.

I will stick with Meyle only because they are cheap and haven't gave me any issues. I mean c'mon, how can you beat $15 a piece?

I really need to put my e21 trans mounts in. I keep putting it off. IIRC they arent exactly a simple r&r for my G260...

Dude, just jack up the car and use another jack to lift the transmission a little. You'll get enough room and voila.

I hope its that easy, but I remember the studs being different sizes and drilling being required

edit: just did some searching and it looks like it does needs some filing/ drilling to get them to fit, but not too bad. I'll add it to the weekend list

now I just need to decide if I should add the aluminum cups or not
