I'll take it if you want to get rid of it. I want to try and see if I can repair them. I have another one too Im going to give it a shot. Im going to try Barry's technique with plastidip, and another Im going to flock since I already bought a flocking kitSimon

Hey guys last week a driver that was texting rear ended me and totaled my b5 a4 dd. I'm currently trying to fix idle and rough running issues on my e30 as well as prep an m52 for a swap. Progress is slow though because I don't have a lot of free time and I'm learning as I go. Anyways I need a new dd and I have about 8k to spend. Anyways just wanted to see if Anybody has any recommendation or better yet any leads (has to be rwd or awd and manual).

Alright, let me know if you really want it because I don't really have anywhere to put it as of now lol.Comment

But a weathered dash like that won't it crack again?Comment

The cracks get filled with a special goop. then I plan to spray one dash with plastidip to retain the OEM look and the other will get sprayed with flocking stuff for the fuhraze look
edit: Anyone local who can powdercoat some small parts? Nigel used to be able to help ,but that ship has sailedLast edited by 2mAn; 04-21-2016, 09:27 PM.Simon
