M52 ready to go in?

S52* , got tired of the bs i've had since i bought my e30, getting the block from charlie and sourcing new rotating assembly / valvetrain parts . I already have a stack of parts already for the swap, with alot more in need. **WTB an m52 donor engine for the head / pulleys and other important things. Can't build 2 motors at once and need to make some type of progress . P.O. Screwed me on my first e30 purchase so I'm starting it fresh..

Haha it's cool though; I've changed my mind on my build alot but finally pulled the trigger on turbo'ing the m20. And if you happen to know anyone selling 42lb or 60lb injectors, lemme know 😎

Didn't guy above tell you to him on them? I'd start seeing what cars come with big ass injectors like those that are being parted out or something. Hit the junkyards on main st!

Have a r134a AC compressor for an 84 318i, not sure if it'll fit on m20 cars or not but I bet it would. No brackets or anything, pretty sure it's brand new.

Hang around for the 731! I do love my 885 + eta combo and it's the best single thing I've gotten to improve my car- great mpg, runs much more reliably and way more fun. But it put down 122 whp with a tune and a fresh 2.5 would've been better. I know I can do a lot better than that so I'm re-doing it, with a 731 I would've had a higher baseline and better response to further upgrades like a cam.

If you wanna tear it down and skim the block for I pistons with eta or M52 crank I've yet to see anybody at all disappointed with their numbers going those routes.

I dont believe so. The e36 m42 cars in 1992 and 1993 should be the same though. Possibly 1994 as well, it just depends on when they switched from the V-belt pulley design
