I would just replace the oil pan gasket and call it a day. I do mine with Honda-bond on both sides of the gasket, damn aluminum oil pans anyways.

I decided to just tighten up the oil pan bolts, and I am kind of glad I did. As I tightened one of them it just snapped. I wasn't even putting much torque on the bolt. I just used some RTV on that area, so hopefully that seals it well enough untill I can get the oil pan off and remove that bolt.sigpicComment

I am going to finish my overhaul by next week finnally!!
On Wednesday I will finishing putting the timing case cover back on and thermostat, water pump, radiation, gaskets, etc then start on front end of suspension which should be fairly quick
. Soo excited to give my baby a wash!!Comment
