Those kopis look like ass. They were made 1/2" too narrow. Looks even worse on an mtech2 car than a regular bodied e30.

you need an aggressive fitment to pull off bigger wheels

aggressive fitment means lower offset and less fender gap, otherwise it just looks funky

Back on the road, with my dead Vorshlag engine mounts replaced with E28 M5 units. Should have used these in the first place. Still stiff/"sporty" feeling but not crazy with NVH. These are my new recommend for an M42.

I ran those wheels about 8yrs ago, I think they were on my car for about a year before I started to hate the fitment and the rounded lips.
