came out great for me. just use a shoe brush on it while it is drying between coats.

I used duplicolor. SEM makes a product tho.

I went with silver as gray is a little dark to match my interior. I'd rather recover the shelf but it's a little more time consuming. Hope this turns out ok.

Anyone know if you can BAR a m60 in the e30? Totally lost in what I wanna do. Wanted to do s52 swap then LS1 swap now thinking about m60.. I got an extra e30 so trying to see my options

Yes, you just need to keep all the stock smog equipment and keep it clean.

Or you can buy a PO box in a smog free county. register car there, smog, then swap m60 and never have to smog again.

Cool sounds good. I can put my e30 as non op until I get the m60 running and stuff right? And just bar it and register it with dmv?

I bought my e30 on non op, put in a refreshed motor and then smogged and registered.

So I assume so, im not the best at this DMV stuff

Think a m60 will keep up with an e46m3? Think my goal is street and track and some drag. But having that v8 sound is what I really want. LS1 is just too time consuming and I just don't have deep enough pockets
