im only making one today. im going to gather some info on the various lengths and wait until our 5axis mill is open and then ill make a bunch. Much easier that way and they come out perfect.

Well mine (the blue e30 now) is the only one that really needs one. And I think they may be slightly different because ones an m20 and the other's an m42. I'm gonna do it with cardboard , trace it onto metal, cut it, bend it (all ghetto hacksaw, pliers, vice shit because I have no good tools), paint it, and make a DIY if it's good enough.

Typically used to make a gusset, skid plate, or anything else lighter. When you flare the hole it adds rigidity to the work piece despite it being riddled with holes. oh, and, because racecar.

That's what I thought :rofl:. I have no way to make shit like that lol it may have a oil drain hole if i'm feeling good, but if I make that a bit off i'm gonna make a giant fucking mess in a few thousand miles.
