that reminds me of the time that a friend chopped another friends springs on his Yaris while he was inside their house stinking up the bathroom. He was pleasantly surprised when he was done wiping his butt...

we're going to have most of a manual 95 325is available for parts vulturing fairly soon. If you wanna help take it apart that would motivate the project I think, and then the diff, trans and e36 DS will be available. (getting M3 stuff swapped in)
also, yes, fair. I'm about 5 feet from it right now and uhhhh..
uuuugh
Does it have a ZF or getrag? 4 bolt drive shaft? Also, how do you use an e36 diff on an e30?

But he pooped out so much that his car ended up the same height as before.
95 325is should have a getrag but not the correct driveshaft for the zf application. He'll need a zf specific driveshaft. A 97+m3, or a 96+ 328 manual is where the driveshaft should come from, as even the 95 m3 and some 96 m3's have a 6 bolt drive shaft (there's some variation however). You can swap the input flanges, but you have to be careful with it as the seal can leak if torqued too much etc., so it's easier to stick with a 4 bolt drive shaft. The trans can come from any year 328/m3 (or z3m if you came across one of those guys).
