....so input time. just drove from Sacramento to Placerville with my welded diff.now if you have given a crap about my post, you will know i had hub problems. fixed that but my wheel was damaged so i pulled out my spare. i drove on a full sized spare to said location. from driving around for 30 in placerville i managed to eat throught a 60- 70% tire(mid to outter contact area. got a flat got another tire for free from a friend 50-60% drove back home. im now home and have shredded tire about 24inches on the inside wall like really bad camber wear.
heres the weird part. The other tire is totally fine. fyi yes i did fool around and have some fun but in both right and left equally. other tire is in good shape. wear tire sides sway bar came loose idk when. so do you thing this excessive tire wear is from an unbalanced tire or sway bar or another factor dealing with alignment camber etc.
ps i know welded diffs add wear but i know 4 people on welded and who melt tires that theirs last way longer then mine on a normal driveComment
