325es - get valve seals in mail and put on. Put back the motor together. Drain coolant and oil. Flush system multiple times. Done.

325 - Get exhaust manifold gaskets/shields and flywheel bolts. Mate tranny and engine. drop in car, connect eveyrthing. new fluids/coolant. exhaust. tires. smog. register. done.
