Yes but pretty much only in the rolling diameter and weight.

Aren't there any local guys that can Help you with the swap like there is down here in SoCal? We got a bunch of guys who would charge low labor costs to do some/most of the swap with you (like side jobs for them)

Finding good deals on parts for a swap under a grand is. It isn't really possible unless you get lucky.
