I want to say you have to break it by just turning it and then replace with two new ones.

I was gonna take a dremel to it and just cuttin it since ill be cuting towards the inner tie rod which would be replaced any way. Well I guess Ill try once more the kosher way then go to the extreme when I just cant do it.
