they mount the same. different fly wheel bolts. but the starters are the same. you will also notice there may be a transmission distance issue, causing the clutch slave to not release the clutch.

I love how my 318 is nimble though (turns are fun) and above 3.5k RPM's, its pulls like a little kid beggin his momma for a toy at the store too. I'm still a salad toss up in switching to a 6 cylinder.

gary's motor has like 300k on it. it's more of a toss. however i do have everything except a throttle body to make another engine, in my back yard.
