not sure about the internals and for the peace of mind the Dudes at Performance Technic said i should get the oil tested to see if the bearings are going.
then wheels and suspension. coilovers at 17" rims suck to DD on.

No, I think more like Oh my god, I just bent the hell out of my expensive 17" wheels because they have no tire to protect them. That and they are heavy and handle poorly. I still can't figure out why anyone would put a set of 17s on a car designed for 15/16s? If its done for looks, its flat out dumb, on top of that it doesn't even look good. It makes the car look like a hot wheels car. :loco: My car came with 17s, I couldn't wait to get rid of them. That took all of about 1 week when I discovered one of them was cracked, and all four were bent. Thanks, I dig my stock 15s, although I wouldn't mind a set of E28 M5 16s since they are nearly identical to the Sport Evo wheels.
