The "it works on the track" argument doesn't hold an ounce of water with me, either. Ever noticed how tracks are smooth and meticulously maintained, and the roads we all drive on every day are not?
Call me paranoid if you want- I build for reliability; I beat the shit out of my car, my current suspension is 5 years old, and I haven't even needed an alignment since it went in, because I finally learned to build it right the first time.
If you want to repeat tasks over and over, spending money on shit you've already done before, feel free to continue half-assing :)past:
