So I've been looking around for a shop for a while and came across a good deal. 1300 sqft shop with a hoist lift and other utilities included.. Only 1200 a month in RWC.. Just wondering if anyone is interested in making this a bmw "club house" plus repairs/restoration.. I know its a long shot but its worth a try. I dont know about most of you but I dont have a place anymore to restore my e30 and this seems like a perfect opportunity

sucks, no place to work on car. my garage over hall is almost done. on the home stretch with mudding drywall, then painting and buying some furnishings for it. My friend helped me a bit so he can work on his racecar for free there lol

I would go rubber bushings unless you spend most of the time at the track or autocrossing. Poly suck for dd. Hell my track car has more rubber bushings than not.

E30 still too soft and livable, I am thinking maybe THR eyeballs and poly rtabs when I pull the subframe. Gotta be toight yo

unless your top is crap dont smooth it and paint it. you wont believe how much work it is to do it right. i spent hundreds on fillers/paint. and 20h prep

yeah it's not bad, just looks like it's cracked diagonal in the middle. Can only tell if you really look at it. I pushed on it from under and doesn't seem like all the way through. I don't want to push harder from top as I might just break it in half. I'll leave it for now and have a project in 10 years. other than that just a few nicks around bottom edge which I'm going to fix up with some vinyl repair.
