You'd have to jump through lots of hoops... If you got your hands on an m102/m109 out of an e23 745i you may be able to swap it over but that wouldn't be an m20 and frankly I doubt you want to do this badly enough to go through with whatever annoying way there would be to have a carb legal turbo motor.paint sucks
