Congrats. M3/4/5 is my favorite; it's so much more amusing to dd than my e46

This is actually my first stock e36 m3, and it's amazing just how good of a street car it is, and how capable it is in stock form. I'd definitely compare it to an E46 330i in terms of same sort of dual nature, maybe leaning more towards the sporty side with the M3 and more DD with the E46.

It just needs a slightly better stereo and an aux-in and I'll be happy with it.
