Howeveeerr, Eric you were right, overall. Too many new cars, chicks aren't that great, hott, not much to do for how long the event is. I REALLY enjoyed the vintage section of the meet. Matt's cars are even more beautiful in person and holy shit there was some other sick ass cars there

Pretty much sums it up. Bimmerfest is like the Bimmerforums of BMW events. It's cool to go once for the experience and twice for the caravan; there's always cool stuff, but after that it gets repetitive and old. I did see a crew 20-deep of e31s last time I went, so I guess that was a thing

SoCal Vintage and the e30 Picnic are much more enjoyable events. Archie-Fest and Dockweiler are pretty up there too



Oh, and SpencyDanny's Berryessa drive. That was awesome :weak:

Dock sucks, it was absolutely terrible last year

So on the BF trip I got a small crack in my dad's windshield from a rock, in the upper passenger side that's pretty hard to see and in no way distracting. I also got an extremely shallow door ding parked at the motel (with like 5+ feet between me and the cvnt that hit it). He knows I'm extremely careful where I park and neither of these are my fault and he wouldn't be mad (at least not at me). But I kinda don't want to tell him just because then he'll notice and it'd annoy him. They're the kinda things that if you're not looking for them you'd be perfectly happy and never know they're there, but if someone pointed them out you'd see em all the time and be pissed about it. I'd obviously own up to both if he noticed, but idk if i should mention them.

I don't care about the windshield it's just glass and wasn't original anyway, but I'm pretty fucking mad about that door ding. Shoulda parked next to Lugo.

Not sure if srs but 303 Aerospace Protectant is by FAR the best-loved in the detailing world and claims "SPF 40 for your stuff".
