Hey 2 - If you really want to understand the wiring of the Aftermarket fan and how the Relays interact with the 2 or 3 prong switch and thermostat choices I can try and break it down for you in layman's terms.

In brief - You can run AC with either the 2 prong Radiator Fan switch or the 3 prong depending on if you would like your aftermarket fan to run at a low speed and a high speed (requires correct 3 prong Radiator Fan Switch) or if you just want the fan to run full bore all out at one speed when it turns on. - (2 prong 80 C Switch is all thats needed)

please! wiring is a foreign language to me and the fact that the car had been modified before I got it make it more confusing. Heres where Im at:

Fans 12v-> Black/Green wire on the BEFORE plug
Fans Ground -> Brown on the BEFORE plug

then theres another black/green that goes to my 2prong switch?
what goes to the other side?? I feel like Im close, but cant get anyone to dumb it down for me.

edit: I already bought the 2-prong 82* switch because I couldnt find a part # for the 3 prong

Do you have a multimeter so that you can test voltages on the wires?

Thats fine the 82 C (its not degrees as 82 C= 179.6 degrees) Radiator fan switch is a good choice. Only one speed will be obtainable though. - High speed full bore
