Plywood? Come on, man. If there's a hole you have to close, rivet in sheet aluminum. Then carpet over it like I did and it looks like it came that way.

Will aluminum work? We have old beat up belly pans from the cars out back.

The sheets are 24" x 64" some are busted around the edges but we have 3 of them. You should be able to get everything done with the 3
