Has anyone ever replaced a 4-door drivers door?
Need to replace my door soon, not looking forward to the alignment process...

The other option (which I found out about after doing mine) is to take the bolt out of the bottom of each hinge pin and then pull up on the door. The adjustable half of the hinges stays on the chassis and you just stick the new door on and put the bolts back.sigpic

Mine got into metal fatigue. I tried beefing it up but it would go through checkrods in about 6 months. PITA. New/used door has done fine.
