Can anyone do 5 speed swap?

I'm about to buy an E30 convertible for a really good price but it is an automatic. I was wondering if any of you guys can get the 5 speed swap done right and how much you would charge for it. PM me with your name and number Thanks

haha i know for a fact he doesn't like to do them. and unless you have the parts ready i would expect about $800 parts and labor, varying on how many new/used parts you want to put into it.

that's true, he does not like doing them. and i'm pretty sure he charges more than $800.

I don't know anyone who likes to do 5 speed swaps. It's definitely a PITA job.

                  I'm in the same boat.

I hear a shop in oceanside does them too, but probably for a bit more $$$

I don't mind them so much, but we are quite far away lol.

$800 for a swap including parts is dirt cheap.

$800 is what i used to charge, with used/jy parts. maybe $950 with a new clutch.
