2.. The answer is number 2! If you part it out you'll get a lot more than a hundred bucks. You're on r3v man, people are always looking for parts here.

If you're interested, I am only an hour away. My car's body isn't straight but it runs and drives great, trade?

That, and I have a good bottom end I could sell you. $100 and it's yours but you'd have to pick it up.

Mods drag this to the Mid Atlantic region please. It makes more sense to have this there.

I totally agree with M-tech. Find some buds and swap out that engine. In the mean time, find a bud that you can park it till your ready to swap it. Easier said than done? Yeah, maybe. But if your not too partial on keeping it and want to get into something new"er", go for it. A good shell is worth something.

                    Exodus I pm'd you.

I think right now I'm more interested in getting it off my hands, whether that's parting it out, or selling it as is to someone. I'd rather get into something intermediate and then move on to getting a loan for another newer car.

^ I would really love to, believe me I can't even begin to explain how attached to the car I am. But I just graduated college and just started working full time at a not so great job while I start getting my resume out to more professional careers.

This. You've got members coming from everywhere interested in helping you swap motors. You should easily be able to swap motors in a weekend.

This is one of those choices that you'll look back on years later.

As previously posted in this thread: the easy road isn't always the best road taken.
