EDIT: I have decided that my E30 is a blast in the snow. It may need a couple more wheels to be powered though to accelerate faster, but meh, its still awesome

No kidding! I think I topped out at 38 the entire drive to Boulder. Gotta love leaving 30 minutes early just to be 15 minutes late still. I am all for safe driving but at times when we were going 25mph on a straight and flat road with a CLEAR driving lane I just want to attach a potato canon to my Jeep and start firing to push them faster!

So it took over an hour to get to work because everyone was doing freaking 20 mph on 119!!!! Seriously people around here need to learn how to drive. I passed everyone on the back roads too, and even though there was a perfectly good sprinkling of sand on the ice, people still decided that it was national Drive Slower Than Your Speedometer Can Register day, and so I was 6 minutes late to my first dang class that I am on the waitlist on, so me trying to give a first good impression to the professor got me off to a bad start....

Also, on my way to work this morning, there is this U-turn that I have to take on Colorado to get to LASP, so naturally I cut out slightly, turn in, kick out the back end, and slide perfectly sideways right through the U-turn, ending up exactly where I needed to be in the other lane heading the other way. It was a beautifully executed U-turn imho, but of course the three people that were behind be before I turned all glared at me in probably annoyance as they drove by. They can't handle the Awesome. Stinkin SUV drivers.

Well, in my defense, there were 3 inches when you asked if school would be canceled, and then 6 inches this morning. Subaru, even without its snows (I'm a lazy ass, apparently), is fucking awesome. Trailbraking turns in snow, four wheel rally drifts, and scaring other drivers by driving the speed limit....I love my car.

Granted, my 12min commute took 25mins, I wasn't pleased about that. Stupid other Subaru drivers not knowing how to drive :hitler::hitler::hitler::hitler:

I didn't have to go to work until noon. My drive is about 15 minutes but it took me nearly 40, not because of other slow drivers but because I was having too much fun driving around. I LOVE how far sideways I can get in this thing and still be in control! (even with crummy tires)

the roads have been shit, they don't do any plowing in boulder and my car has been all over the place. Anyway I see this thread has come very far. Well I too own an e30 in boulder, need to fix that rear camber though...

Yeah no fucking kidding they suck at cleaning here in Brighton... but I like my fun I just hate how other idiots suck at driving!!!:crazy:

thanks for the welcoming. Whats wings thursday? my car is not much to look at, have big plans for it but little finance for those plans. I will try to upload some photos later on. Did the DB tuck for now but will be transferring to plastics hopefully soon. The engine bay is nice and clean though ;)

Buffalo Wild Wings in Superior (I think?) off McCastlin Blvd, this thursday (every thursday) at 8 pm. Alot of cool dudes meet up there, or so i hear... ;)
