I just sent the guy an official offer so we will see what his response is. Regarding the parts from the car: I will be taking the entire drivetrain and everything that I need for my manual swap (cluster, pedal box, master/slave cylinder, tranny, motor, driveshaft, ecu, etc.) as well as the windshield and some other small odds and ends. Pretty much everything else will be up for grabs if I do indeed get the car. Hopefully he will sell the entire car as that is what he seemed to want to do as of this afternoon and then everyone here can benefit from this transaction in some way as I will be parting the entire car out once I have it in my hands. PM me if any of you guys want any of the parts from the car. It seems that both the OZs and the b-caps are spoken for as well.

swapped out the entire diff. The thing is shot, the bearings are busted and a chunk of metal off something is lodged into it causing the complete lock up of the front wheels. I'll get a picture up in a few days..
I did however learn more about the front driveshaft components and how it all works together, pretty neat.I found out someone swapped the stock 3.91 diffs (front/back) out for 4.10s from an automatic (front/back) explaining my less than extraordinary fuel mileage (still not too bad). Didn't realize that was done to the car in addition to the other stuff.
The old one ran out of fluid, gonna check and top off t-case, transmission, and diff fluids within a few weeks. Got the dang thing done just in time tonight before the snow coming tomorrow.

i miss my e30. thats all i have to add. oh and i scored some nice ellipsoids for the e34 today.... gotta put them in tomorrow before it gets tooo bad. btw the headlight removal on these is a PITA due to the charcoal canister or w/e.
