Tons. Great Harvest, Chipotle/Qdoba/Big City Burrito, Noodles & Co, Smashburger if you want to die by 30 years old, Larkburger if you want to overpay, Tokyo Joes, Firehouse Subs, Subway, Panera Bread, Wok and Roll, Panda Express, and many more.

They're all around $6-7/meal, but really worth it imo. Some are faster than others.

There's also Cosmos, Abos, and Dominos pizza, or little ceasars if you want cheap cardboard with cheese.

    Can't believe I forgot-- KT's BBQ.

False. You can have Cheap, Tasty, and Healthy food. Pick two.

How is $6-7/meal horrendously overpriced?? $6 for a burrito is pretty damn good. Just because you're a cheapskate doesn't eliminate good eateries from consideration for other people.

Yea, that's pretty good price, it's been about $6 for a burrito for ten years buddy.

Not the ethanol crap again, I proved you wrong on that one a while ago.

R3v's philosophy doesn't work in the real world, noone will sell you food for $2 shipped.

Fun fact: Americans spend the very least amount of income on food of the entire developed world. We spend on average ~10% of our income on food. Most countries and peoples spend closer to 25-30%. Quit your bitching.

ha ha! That's because you live in Boulder and you are used to it!! I am a cheapskate, yes, but i'd rather pay $6 for a complete meal at an awesome Vietnamese restaurant in FoCo than one burrito which is about a tenth as good, and half as filling. also, $6 for some slammin Thai food in FoCo...

and yes, $6 for a burrito is on the highish end. $6 for the WHOLE meal, not so bad, but that should include a side and drink, and that would be considered a good price for a semi-fast food meal that is actually decent food.

That's cause you get a burrito without anything in it.

Dude, I lived in Munich for a year. Food prices are FAR more expensive there even if you assume 1 euro = 1 dollar. Boulder is NOT that expensive for food in the grand scheme of things

That wasn't my point so much as to show that Boulder isn't that expensive. If you're quibbling over a dollar or two per meal.....come on, seriously? $5 for a craptacular pizza vs $7 for a burrito..... or $7 for a sub sandwich... or $7 for a Tokyo Joes bowl.... come on.

On the food thing, I should have been more specific. I don't really care if it's cheap or not. I don't really like chain food every day of the week, I like off the wall places with great food. All I could find near me is Snarfs, which is way too slow (bus) the few times I went.

How did you prove me wrong? The fact is that we are taking corn, and putting it in our gas tanks to get worse fuel economy and simultaneously jacking up the cost of food.

Is there technology to make non-corn ethanol? maybe. Is it being used? no.

R3v's philosophy doesn't work in the real world, noone will sell you food for $2 shipped.
That's because when you eat at chipotle, $2 out of the $7 for the burrito goes to taxes.

Just because other nations are getting it in the bumhole on food prices, it doesn't mean we should start doing the same.

Why you are so against stable currency, stable and affordable food prices, and stable and affordable fuel prices, is totally a mystery to me. I can not wrap my head around it.

Ohhhhh a whole dollar over the ten years ive been eating there..... not an issue.

We arent making ethanol with mostly corn. It is primarily made with other substances like grasses and sugarcane because farmers realized driving with our food is dumb.yes, the tech exists, and yes its being used. Corn is only one of many ethanol production base stocks. Take a class or do research in the area before repeating discredited nonsense. Correlation does NOT equal causation.

                                Taxes suck.

Thats my point-we arent being price gouged.

Im not at all, where did i say that? Stable currency would be nice but will never happen though. Never has in all of history.
