ah yes that is an m-tech 2 "appearance package" car ; not quite the real deal.

bad top; pad interior, and rust pockets I'd just walk away; too much work to do.

I thought the white interior or m-tech cloth interior were signatures of the real deal. What is this one missing? Oh yeah, white weaves were another indicator.

I keep going back and forth, but it might advance the learning curve a little faster than building up a GTS M3. I just want to get as good as I can, quickly and cheaply. Don't we all!

Got the Midget running today. Installed solid state ignition, new rotor, plugs, coil, fuel filter. The problem I had the other day when it wouldn't start was oil hydrolocking the cylinders. I added a bunch a couple years ago and forgot about it!

Powdercoating Specialties did a bike for me a few years ago. They did a great job.

I decided against powdercoating pretty quickly. The bike was super cheap and am just using it for a fun project.

I am doing chalkboard paint on it.
