Did you know that LASP is going to start charging for parking? Actually more $$ than a campus pass.

I have a sore spot with parking services and the related campus police force (also due to a couple of ridiculous parking tickets).

I didn't, and that sucks. Granted, I had a parking pass anyway and just drove between school/work.

FYI, the folks giving parking tickets are NOT the campus PD, as they have much better things to do. Parking services is their own nazi bureaucracy, not associated with the PD.

It sucks that the weaves and seats are beat up. Still worth a shot to pick up super cheap just for the kit.

i dont understand the appeal of the mtechnic, i only like the mtech fabric sport seats and steering wheels, and this has the airbag wheel

I have no gauge on M Tech II prices, but I'm sure you could make some $$$ if you wanted to flip it.

A hard top / manual swap / mechanicals / detail would put that in the high single digits.

ah yes that is an m-tech 2 "appearance package" car ; not quite the real deal.

bad top; pad interior, and rust pockets I'd just walk away; too much work to do.

Drove the IMI karts today. Much better karts and track than Unser. I even think the track is better than Summit Point's Karting Circuit. No gaiters and crappy pavement, but tons of camber, good elevation change, and great esses. The kart had much better gas and brake modulation and better grip then the Sodi's. Went off on my second lap. Cold tires + eyes too low.

Agreed, IMI is awesome. Expensive though, the $10/race on mondays at Unser is hard to beat.

Of course, if you have your own kart, it's $35/day at IMI to do whatever you want.
