No one makes this car anymore. The government won't allow them, normal people won't buy them. So it's up to us: the freaks, the weirdos, the informed. To buy them, to appreciate them, and most importantly, to drive them.

I had a talk with an alpine E39 M5 when I was in the track car at the Jackson light last weekend. He went into landside also.
Mines a red es. I try and park around F3.
I have definitely seen that Alpine E39 M5sigpic

I'd like to say I have the 12,731st post on this thread, that's a lot.
Anyhoodle, has anyone ever done a E36, Z3, or any other kind of rack swap here? I need a new rack and I don't want to pay an arm and a leg for another regular OEM E30 rack but I am way too inexperienced to do a rack swap on an airbag car. I heard you can raise the rack and not notch out your firewall but if I have to notch it out I don't have the tools and I don't know where I would get another plate to seal it in.1991 325i Calypso Coupe

edit: also you wouldn't want to raise the rack, because your going to change the geometry of the tie rods, there is also spacers a guy on E30tech made which helpLast edited by ltz Viper; 10-17-2013, 01:02 PM.

Did one for brad a few years ago and it made a world of difference in how the car performed.1991 325i Calypso Coupe
