I've never competed in an autocross, but I'm planning to be at this one. I have to figure out what class my car will be in, I doubt I'll be able to get the swap done before then, so I'll drive my big fat 528.

Make sure you read the rules and understand everything. Gotta be a member, or temporary member, and pay the fee for racing on top of that...

I'll prolly be in the M3 this time around. Should be $35 or so, need to be a member, and helmets are $15ish iirc.

I am an SCCA member, just joined. I'm tryin to find a helmet for reasonable $$. Also gotta get another tire, I got one that's lookin a bit thin.

Done. And this is my first event in 5 years, so I am by no means a veteran. Most of us do it just for fun/experience.

this will be my 5th autocross ever, so that makes me a n00b.

well, i signed up, finally!!!

im in ST, even though i took out the rear seat. will that be a major problem?

I'm driving the car as is, with the sub box, amp, and everything in there, and no rear seat... Unless someone wants to help me yank everything the night before

my entire sound system is gone btw..... no sound in my car, save the clunks and rattles that play their symphony...

lol, I just wanna yank the box and amp, I'll fine without sound for the day.... Or if it's easy enough, I'll pull it down there. Just need people willing to help, or whatever.... The ONLY thing I'm worried about taking the box in and out is the holes from the screws getting all jacked up and stripped out

And I finally made a battery tie down. And I rolled my fenders today. Hope its enough....we shall see.
