Time is making me feel guilty.

    WTB: medium/17/17.5 good mountain bike.

I am open to used bikes if anyone has one or knows people. I still might get the stumpy as peak cycles has 10% off, but I am still unsure if I want to spend that much right now. Can't make up my mind!

Dude get the Stumpy, you won't regret it. It'll be the defining purchase of your year, I promise.

Just got back from a ride, it was bliss!

I know, I just want to ride. I pass so many trails on the drive home from work I want to load up a bike and go for a short ride after the work day.

They just completed a new connector that makes the Marshall / Coalton loop all dirt. It's no epic singletrack by any means, but great to seat for a few hours. It's right on your way too.

I couldn't bring myself to get a brand new $2,000 bike off the bat. I found a pretty good deal though. I liked the 2011 Fisher x-cal and a 09 showed up on craigslist.

              General specs:
              29er
              Fox F80 fork
Brand new tubeless tires that are HUGE
New X9 rear (stock was X7)
              New brake flush/pads
              Upgraded 185 front brake disc
New handle bar that doesn't have the crazy Fisher sweep
              New X9 chain

Got it for well under a grand so now I can spend the money on gear and my wifes bike.

I feel like maybe we should organize a r3v bike ride or 2 this summer, in following with the r3v ski trip this past winter, which was a good time.

CL has cheap bikes. I wanna go ride today but it's kinda chilly and sprinkling.... I'm a pansy. Prolly just drive over to the rec and get on a cycle for an hour or something

Sunshine, blue skies down here. I think you guys must get the worst of the weather up in Boulder/FoCo. It's always nicer down here.

David said Boulder is blue skies and nice. Fort Collins IS like 35 miles away, the weather IS different sometimes. No big deal really.

It's always worse though. I remember leaving my house and driving up to Centerra one day in the M3. It was 45 degrees here, when I got up there it was 5 degrees. Every time I drove to and from Whyoming it was like that too. Which is weird, because FoCo is lower than Denver...

What tire pressure do you guys recommend for out here? For a 29x2.4 tire, tubeless.
