Is there a plan for a backup hotel? They currently are fully booked due to renovations and did not give a timeline for completion for more rooms to become available.

Did you mention you were going for the BMW meet? They only need your contact name and phone number to reserve.
They have 23 rooms they are working towards opening in the next week. The booking system does not allow them to book rooms for a later date unless the room is listed as open/available (obviously they are not).

This means that they have 25 rooms already booked for our meet, but the hotel has a total of 80, currently a majority are nearing completion of renovations.

They will make final arrangements when the rooms open, and I can assure that will be in June. I spoke with the operations manager yesterday.

Yes, they took my name and number but they didn't give me an ETA for when a room may be completed so I just wanted to be sure I didn't need to book a second location as well just in case. I will give them a couple more weeks before looking for booking an additional hotel.

We have 55 registered cars right now, although I am sure there are more on the fence--- What are you waiting for? Great people, awesome cars, scenic and relaxing location, plenty of driving roads, there is something for everyone.

We are just under six weeks from the event and preparations are coming together!

Now over 60 cars registered for the gathering, although I know of a few people who are questionable and just haven't been able to iron out their plans. Either way, it will be a great turn out!

Caravan information has been added for TX, CO, and AZ will be posted today. Only 3 weeks to the event, I hope you guys are getting your cars ready :)

Had a great time at the pre-bash and it turned out to be a great gathering!

Plenty of cars, I think over 30. I was too busy talking to take photos, but that's part of the fun!


Now with over 75 cars attending the event from 10 states, D4C 2014 will again break attendance records!!
