No such thing anymore really. The EPA has pretty much killed that process. You probably won't find anywhere local or cheap. Sometimes media blasting can remove it but it's hard because the chrome is stronger than the base metal of the wheel.

That's what I was worried about. I read that muriatic acid will do the trick, but I don't know if I want to try something like hat on a DIY level
