there are some dings on top of cylinder 6 like the previous head threw a valve and scored it slightly
hence the newly rebuilt head on the older bottom end. the port and polish job on the head looks great, the intake side is nearly spotless. and the cams look mint.
no signs of oil or coolant where they shouldn't be. taking the head in to be inspected and resurfaced on tuesday.
i'll let you know what they tell me.

i just replaced a large portion of the gaskets on it and the timing belt and water pump, it runs strong.
after that it'll probably end up in a pro3 car, it's not like it's getting thrown away.
