New lips for my BBS RS212 showed up last week. Dropped the centers off for powdercoating today. Ordering half height nuts, black/gold logos and all new hardware next week. Should be purdy. Can't wait to put them on Eleanor.

Here's what I was thinking:

-gold with all polished hardware, half height polished caps

-nogaro with all polished hardware, flat polished caps

-white with gold hardware, half height gold caps (if I do this, then they're going on the mtech cab )

Austin, who are you using? I really need to get a set of mine classed up this winter. Powder coat stripped from the centers, polished, a couple lips straightened, and resealed.

Bought all new parts, had a friend of mine do the powdercoating and I'm doing all the labor. Don't trust anyone local to do the lip repair and polish properly and it was going to cost quite a bit to ship to someone that I thought would do a proper job. At that point, it made more sense for me to buy new lips, since it wasn't all that much more than having my existing ones fixed.

TL;DR - buy all new parts, it's just easier that way. Let me know if you need a good powdercoating reference.
