That picture was taken in the evening, so I been out and about, and most stuff has melted already. There was a lot more snow in the morning.

I want to wash my car and do a snow photoshoot. But I have a feeling I will freeze my balls off if I go out side.

I want to have a clean car and do a photoshoot too. But then, it's also cool in its own way to have the car be caked in snow and shoot that way. Especially for an iX ;) .


I guess it's suppose to snow more... I love my iX in the snow, but I'm not too sure about going down big hills in the ice...

Anyone have any tips on refinishing wheels? I've got my Ronals that I will be starting in on here soon and just was wondering if anyone had any pointers.

Paint? polish? What are you trying to do?

Lips have seen better days. They have clear coat peeling and I would like to strip the lips down to bare metal and polish them. Not sure what to do after that however.

method i used for the lips on my LMs. I used aircraft stripper and 3M wet/dry sand paper all the way up to 2000 grit. Then Nevr-Dull to finish and maintain.

That was a great vid. Thanks for sharing! I will definitely use that method and will start stripping them down in the next few days. Should look pretty sweet when they're all done!

I don't know if you are being sarcastic, but I do remember a storm when I was like 7 or 8 that had me swimming thru snow lol.
