I got my roof sanded and painted. I am very happy with how well it turned out. Wet sanded and waxed today. You will see it at the gingerpalooza on the 14th if you show.

Guess it depends where you live. Here in PDX we dont get more than a few inches. I have taken my E30 up onto Mt Hood and made it fairly easy. I have driven a few AWD cars, from 100hp to 600whp. The more modern the AWD the less real it feels to me. I hate traction control with a passion. If you want to not get stuck get a 4x4

I love my iX in the snow but, I don't really like taking it to the mountain. It's fun when it snows in town but, I prefer my CRV when I go to the mountain.
