Honestly, you won't be happy with it. The 'vert is very bass resistant. I cannot tell you how many times I have installed 1 12" or 2 10's, even 2 12's and had the customer complain that they could not hear it at all...that is why we did the 'Vert Box the way we did. It actually uses the chamber under the top storage area as part of the subwoofer system. The thing slams and sounds pretty clean, even with the top down. Check out the installation tutorial:

Plus it is on sale for the rest of this month...

Luke, I'm uncomfortable with the fact that your sig doesn't lock up my computer for 3 min.

                    Dear E28,
You may be that "blue old bmw" but I still like you. Lots of parts are going to be ordered soon. Hang in there,
                    Sincerely

Is it easier to head out to work on your car if it's at your house versus 15-20 minutes away? I guess I'm just curious to get some input on a meaningless question, but I want to bring my car home & finish it up instead of having to travel to my mom's.

Call me crazy, but the fact / feeling of just walking out my front door & my car sitting right there feels like it would push me more to get it running.

Maybe. Its more about motivation to get it done. My car stays at my shop which is full of tools and has a paint booth yet I do almost nothing to it.

I'm way too lazy to do all that much for a little bumps. Looks like adding subs just got dropped to the last place in my mod list. :?

I'll just throw my 10" in my E21 then.

There are no little bumps, the thing sounds as good as a normal luke box, I sat in a vert one last week, wouldn't have ever believed that it was a vert system at all.

Mine is right outside but until I actually open the garage door and start building something, my body absolutely doesn't want to get anything done.
