Can't. Henna M3s had sealed beams.

One tip: runs some electrical tape slats across the rear window. Helps cut down glare (and if Hank's car is using all 6 lights, that may be an issue..)

My 318is had sealed beams (H4 plugs)...if you want me to look at it, I think we could get you into some smileys no problem if yours are running the H4 sealed beams...

Smileys would really complete the front end IMO

Nah, thx anyway dude. There are so very few Hennas left in the world... Henna Red M3s had a certain spec for being very early 1988 cars. It's one thing I don't want to change. There are a few lines I have chosen not to cross and this is one of them.

Gotcha boss. I understand and respect this. Kind of gets lost nowadays. My stance exactly on keeping the M42 instead of doing a swap.

Seems like a total fail. It's so incredibly easy to put sealed beams back in, if you don't like ellipsoids, smileys, etc. Sealed beams don't have shit for light output, not to mention that they just clutter up the clean lines of the front.

However, it's your car and your choice. If it makes you happy, it doesn't matter what anyone else thinks, and that's all that matters.
