Couldn't agree more, I was really excited about this car. It's sitting in the back of my shop as we speak. I told him it was bullshit, he needs to nut up fix this car. If not it needs to get find a new home. People who actually deserve and need this car could of bought it.

I have the aluminum S54 radiator with an aftermarket expansion tank although I'm going to get an E30 M3 tank for it so it looks more factory. If I had room I would just run the stock late model m20 tank.
