End of the day, the car looks pretty damn good. Looking good doesn't keep your car on the road though.

M3 has wider stance lol, I could have easily swerved off the road to avoid the rocks, I would have smashed into a wall or gone into a ditch.... I chose the path of least resistance, it did handle good enough to keep me from cracking my pan, therefor still being able to drive the car home, not to mention my eta was pulling on brians cooper s through those turns.

On another note, is it possible to reuse my ball joints from the bent control arm? All my suspension was brand new, Austin hooked me up with a straight control arm but it needs ball joints.

What do you guys think of this rear end solution for 2002's with high hp/motor swaps?

I think it looks pretty damn stout, and it a good solution! Also the price seems pretty damn fair!

I'm pretty sure that car came in to my work a couple months back. The guy was under the impression is was insanely rare, like single or double digit production numbers. The body is pretty haggard. Touch up spots of miss matched white paint and dents/deep scratches in almost every panel. I don't know what "going through the engine" entails but when he left it was a hard starting beast. Left a noticeable, albeit small, cloud of engine smoke as he left the parking lot. It would be a great driver with some elbow grease but I think he was talking about pricing it in the high 6k range, maybe even 7k? I don't exactly remember, I have it written down somewhere at work.

Man, I feel like I've pissed all over someones parade but I'm just trying to be honest.

Those are close to racecars. When I search "BMW Racecar" I get... wait for it... cars with widened stances.

I dont think getting mega offset for a wider track outweighs the benefits of proper sized tires, 205-50/15 on a 8-9 is dank.
