Well this isn't WebMD and I'm not sure anything we tell you is worth a grain of salt. However, since you now cannot drive stick, are you planning on parting your car? dibs.

Seriously though, go to the doctor.

Lmao I'm pretty sure it's just a sprainl, I'm just not goin back to work today. And gerta, you will not touch my car, if anything I'll just have a heavier foot on the gas. Rip to my ankle and fuel economy.

A friend of mine had a similar looking ankle a couple years back. It so happened his fibula had a compound fracture and had shifted ~1/8"-1/4" down into his ankle. Long story short he had to have surgery and two screws to line it back up. He also was not sure at first if it was broken. I suggest an x-ray.

Holy crap, that's way worse than what I have I hope. And I don't want to spend money on an xray when I could be saving up for coilovers.

Just remember, you can always buy coilovers...but you can't always buy another leg (unless you're 5toes).

                    It's not a leg, it's improved suspension.

I grew up with 5toes, he's proved having 1 leg isn't too bad, as long as you wash those nasty ass leg socks often enough.
