Glad they fixed that with the m44. I overheated mine and took out the headgasket. Decked and pressured checked before putting it back on.

I responded to everyone who messaged me about things that hadn't already been gobbled up. Also got more complicated when the garage key disappeared.

As it stands now, all that's left is the Zender spoiler, turns out Brad didn't want it after all. Anyone interested in it let me know in the next day or two or it'll be going to the farm out in the country.

more progress, getting the gaskets + new injectors tomorrow, hoping to fire her up Saturday morning! polished the valve cover, chased the headbolt threads and block-sanded the engine's deck.

so CKTAFT replaced them when he did the headgasket a year or two ago. They look basically new.

backstory on the car is CKTAFT bought it with blown headgasket, fixed it, and then sold it to my prior friend. prior friend of mine lived out of the car and did loads of meth and heroin and drove it into the ground basically. now its in my care :)

the coolant hoses are in good shape too - dont really see the need to replace. the upper radiator hose pipe (on the radiator) did crack off half way though :( I think there is still a large enough neck though to not matter.

Would love some help.....I'm starting to look around for a "beater" daily driver.

e46 I think ($3-5k price range). Would love something that already sitting on some "girlfriend" friendly H&R's or something not too stiff. Pm me if you have any leads/info - or what to look for.
