Oh the old "My E30 dick is bigger than yours" lol

A LOT longer than you think ;)

      My my point is,

      1. IF he has had an accident, GTFO (or did he get flamed on her for driving like a douche, is that the problem)

      2. If you do have insurance, GTFO again.

Thats what insurance is for, for if we make mistakes and have an accident.

When I said we, I mean us mortals who aren't perfect.

haha I totally agree with you man. We all make mistakes. Its just harder to admit sometimes. No one wants to admit that they were the ones at fault in the accident. Thats just human nature. So I guess we will see what happens to the OP. Probably not though. She seems to be MIA now.

I'm sorry, but are you really in pain? Did you hit your head or something? That looks like a pretty mild collision to have messed up your back, neck and head. And I know you're upset about messing up that nice vert, but I'll say it... you indeed were following too close if you didn't have enough room to stop.

Nope. It's their job to try to not pay you, and if they absolutely have to, to pay you as little as possible.

Sparkle, if you decide to get the car repaired, you might check with Lance or another Pro-3 racer on who can do the body work. I have seen some pretty banged up Pro-3 cars get resurrected (these E30's can take quite a punch..)

x2 it doesn't seem that bad to repair.

Here's what my 900 vert looked like after adjusting the front aero using a guardrail

A month later it looked like this:
